We require a 25% deposit upfront from new clients.  The remainder will be due upon delivery.

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal.  You will receive a link that will take you right to our PayPal page and you can pay that way.  We also use Stripe and can take payment via cash or check.

Yes, we carry $1 million in liability insurance.

The turnaround time on videos can vary upon the project.  We typically will finish the video within three weeks of shooting, however, a more complex video may take longer.

We are based in the Toledo, Ohio area, just over the state line in Michigan.  We will travel anywhere within the US, however, travel and lodging will be included in your received quote. 

Yes.  You have full rights to the video received.  We retain the right to publicly share your video for our portfolio unless you note otherwise.  

We use websites such as Soundstripe for our music and SFX.  Feel free to browse Soundstripe yourself to look for a song that you want for your video.

Video cost can vary drastically on a project-to-project basis.  A commercial could cost $800 or $80,000.  This depends on the amount of time shooting, equipment needed, editing workload, actors, and many other factors.  Reach out today for a quote within 24hrs.
